Health Insurance
Chiropractic care is covered under most insurance plans. But, in instances where it is not, we have easy, affordable payment options.
We will verify any benefits you may have and send your claims in to your insurance for you.
We will accept payment directly from your insurance company after your deductible is met.
You are responsible for any deductible, co-insurance, co-pays and unpaid visits
Of course you can use your HSA, HRA and Flex dollars here!
For your convenience, all payment arrangements are made in advance
Auto Injury
Auto-related injuries are usually covered at 100%. Even if you were at fault or were a passenger. You can get the care you need and are usually not out of pocket any expenses. Great for you!
All we need is your claim number, insurance, and attorney info.
Medicare
Dr. Day is a participating provider for the federal Medicare program. Your Medicare insurance coverage will be verified and your benefits will be provided and explained to you.
